Prodrafts Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Prodrafts (“the App”), a note-taking and productivity tool designed to help users create and organize content on an infinite canvas. By accessing or using Prodrafts, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Prodrafts, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and such changes will be posted in the App and will become effective immediately upon posting.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of Prodrafts, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. You are responsible for all activities under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
3. Use of Prodrafts
Prodrafts allows you to create, organize, and store notes, mind maps, drafts, and other content. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others.
3.1 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Prodrafts for any of the following:
Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
Uploading or sharing content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App’s source code, features, or functionality.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of Prodrafts may require a subscription. The App offers both free and premium features, with the premium features available through an in-app subscription.
4.1 Subscription Terms
The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions through your device settings.
4.2 Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you choose. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.
4.3 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided by Apple’s refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple support directly.
5. Data and Privacy
We value your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using Prodrafts, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By uploading or sharing content, you grant Prodrafts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process that content for the purposes of providing the services of the App.
5.2 Backup and Data Storage
While we strive to ensure your data is secure, we are not responsible for any loss of data. We recommend that you periodically back up your content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Prodrafts if you violate these Terms of Service. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us through the support channels available in the App or within your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prodrafts is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prodrafts, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Prodrafts may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage providers) or contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services or their content. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prodrafts operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms in the App, and the changes will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
